Kundalini Yoga was brought to the United States in 1969 by Yogi Bhajan. This sacred practice was previously kept secret and passed to few students. Yogi Bhajan saw the need to spread this technology so that all could benefit in a safe and transformative way.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation, through the use of mantra, mudra, the breath, body locks, postures and meditation, provides one a true experience of the highest self.
