A Few More Things Before We Leave for Telluride

A few more weeks before I leave for Telluride. We are really excited for a new adventure and so grateful for everything the Denver area has brought us.
I’ll let you know very soon who is taking over my classes.
A few more weeks of Garden Yoga left. Christina Valastro will be subbing that for me tonight so please welcome her.

Also, I’ve already set up a workshop weekend at Karma Yoga in Denver. I plan to be here to teach the weekend of October 21st. Right now we are thinking a Friday night class and a longer Sunday afternoon class. I was also thinking about adding a Saturday afternoon for women. I’ll have details and topics as things develop. Let me know if there is a special topic you would like covered.
