My friend and fellow teacher Lisa Beaubian is hosting a retreat in Crestone in just a few short weeks. It is the same weekend as the music festival there, so should make for an incredible weekend! Lisa is a great teacher and the house you will be staying in is really beautiful. Give her a call right away if you’re interested. I know she has just a few spots left. Also…Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training (.pdf) in Denver/Crestone starts in September!!!! There is an informal informational meeting coming up on Monday. If you would like to come and meet one of the main teachers, or if you have any questions, please come. Even if you are interested in a future teacher training, this will be a great opportunity to make some connections and see if this might be right for you. See the attachment for the details.
